Instruction for using sweets maker
The biscuit cutter is a supplement to the manual meat mincer. It is used to prepare extruded cookies or savoury pastries.
Wash the cutter in warm water with the addition of a detergent before using it for the first time, rinse it with drinking water, and dry it.
Attach the meat mincer to the table. Unscrew the nut and remove the cutting plate and knife from the mincer. Insert the flange of the cutter into the nut and screw both parts onto the mincer. With the machine assembled thusly, it is ready to extrude the dough.
Exercise extreme caution when pushing the dough into the machine by hand.
After use, disassemble the machine, wash it in warm water, and dry it.
